What you can expect from Triangle Adventure Boot Camp:
 | One hour a day for 4 weeks | |
| Monday - Friday, 5:30am in Raleigh, 6:05am in Cary | |
| Dynamic instruction from a certified Adventure Boot Camp instructor | |
