Triangle Adventure Boot Camp Offers New Tools for Weight Loss
While Triangle Adventure Boot Camp continues to offer women of all shapes and sizes a fantastic workout, it
now offers new tools for those who want to lose weight.  Several new program features have been
implemented to enhance weight loss, including a nutrition seminar and weekly food journal review, as well as
the Why Weight? Program, a thirteen-week fitness and nutrition program designed to help women lose up to
25 pounds before New Year’s.
Raleigh, NC (PRWEB) 1, September, 2009 – One hundred women around the Triangle have enjoyed getting fit
and gaining friends at Triangle Adventure Boot Camp.  Now, for those women who also want to lose their love
handles, Triangle Adventure Boot Camp offers tools designed especially to help women lose weight.  Adding
the healthy eating part of the weight loss equation, the program now includes nutrition support.  And for women
who are really serious about weight loss, Triangle Adventure Boot Camp is offering the Why Weight? Program,
a thirteen-week program that includes everything you need to lose up to 25 pounds before 2010.

Although the addition of nutrition support began just a few weeks ago, campers are already seeing results.  In
the most recent four-week camp, the group lost a total of 21 pounds, nearly 23 inches and 23% body fat.
Program director and primary instructor, Jennifer Shevach, couldn’t be happier for her healthier, smaller
campers.  “Exercise alone will not result in significant weight loss.  Healthy eating is also key.”

The nutrition support includes a nutrition seminar, weight loss calorie estimation, weekly food journal review
and feedback, and a grocery store tour.  Together, these components help campers make healthy eating
choices.   “I could tell several ladies were getting frustrated with their lack of weight loss, so I decided to spend
more time focusing on nutrition.  The hour each day they spend with me improves their fitness.  But it is the
other 23 hours a day that has the greatest impact on their weight loss efforts,” says Shevach.

To help women make the commitment needed to lose more than a few pounds, Triangle Adventure Boot Camp
is introducing the Why Weight? Program, a 13-week fitness and weight loss program.  The program begins at
the start of the next camp, September 8, and includes all camp sessions through the remainder of 2009 at a
discount.  “This gives women 13 weeks to improve their fitness level and body composition, while practicing
healthy eating habits.  I am hoping that women who participate make life long, positive changes in their eating
and exercise habits.”  For more information on the Why Weight? Program, visit

interested in getting fit and most of all, it's incredibly fun.”  And for those who really want to slim down, Triangle
Adventure Boot Camp now has everything needed to reach their goals.
